Lead360 leverages four interlinked programme components that will develop and strengthen your leadership skills, competencies, and perspectives:

Over the course of the Global MBA programme, you will participate in workshops, electives, mock interviews, and seminars concentrating on the following:
- Creating Strong Relationships (outdoor team building, networking skills, etc.)
- Developing Awareness of Diversity & Inclusion (intercultural awareness, biases, etc.)
- Mastering Compelling Communications (presentation skills, negotiations, etc.)
- Building Effective Teams (group work and feedback)

Experienced Career Coaches with Diverse Expertise
Our team of experienced, international career coaches has a deep understanding of the challenges ambitious professionals face in today’s competitive market. Each coach brings focused expertise across functional areas including entrepreneurship, finance, technology, consulting, and marketing. You will have access to five sessions with the coach who is best-equipped to support your post-MBA goals.
Self-Assessment Tools
You will have free access to a range of self-assessment tools to help you identify and evaluate your skills—and track your progress throughout the Global MBA programme. For a deeper understanding of your results, you can debrief with the Career Centre upon request. We utilise several different assessment tools including those designed for exploring Emotional Intelligence, Reasoning, Leadership Skills, and Personality.
Networking Events & Industry Insights
Throughout the Global MBA programme—and beyond—you will have unique opportunities to build your global network and gain access and insights to leading companies, industries, and career opportunities. The programme offers access to professional networking and recruitment events, EDHEC’s MBA Senior Speaker Series, MBA clubs, alumni events, hackathons, and industry treks.
