Participants are required to have around 8-10 years of professional experience, with participants in the EMBA at the EDHEC Business School having an average of 15 years of professional experience in managerial roles, and an average age of 38. Executive MBAs are part-time Executive Education degrees that allow participants to continue working throughout the programme.
