The Entrepreneurship track has benefited me greatly because I’m regularly analysing and writing business plans, working with other entrepreneurs on commercialisation strategies, developing financial forecasts, and even creating pitch decks. The best gift, however, is that the elements of running a business that used to cause me anxiety no longer do—and in fact, I now find them to be fun challenges!

An Entrepreneurship MBA for startups with support and direction from a renowned startup ecosystem

The EDHEC Entrepreneurs incubator is a member of STATION F, the world’s biggest start-up campus, in the heart of Paris. As a participant of the MBA Entrepreneurship track, you will have free access to this ecosystem, where you can receive a wealth of support in the creation of your entrepreneurial endeavour. You will receive numerous opportunities for continuous evolution as an alumnus as well. The incubator conducts over 400 exploratory interviews and validates some 30 laureate projects each year.

Entrepreneurial success stories

EDHEC alumni Tingting Miao and Daniel Bernal Bachiller  leveraged the resources and opportunities of the EDHEC Entrepreneurship track to launch two innovative e-commerce startups. From expanding their network and making invaluable connections to developing solid business knowledge, they had everything they needed to become successful serial entrepreneurs.

After graduating with a Global MBA from EDHEC in 2020, Plinio Herrera Schuwirth founded the Greentech startup EO2 together with fellow EDHEC alumni Marco Bassan Guerrieri. They found that EDHEC’s MBA motivates entrepreneurs and startups to drive change in the sustainability and climate field. So, they decided to use what they had learned throughout their entrepreneurship MBA as a catalyst for their venture.

Focus on setting up a business plan during your 2-month MBA Project phase

Each year, up to 15% of EDHEC’s Global MBA students set up their own businesses after graduation. Following completion of the Entrepreneurship track, you can elect to draw up your own business plan as part of your MBA project to determine what is detrimental to the success of your venture, and evaluate its economic feasibility. During the  2-month  MBA project phase you will have the advantage of receiving expert feedback throughout the process, and can pitch your business plan to “business angels”. What better way to get your entrepreneurial dream off the ground!
