The EDHEC Global MBA and EDHEC EMBA programmes focus on leadership development, managerial and executive up-skilling, business transformation, and developing new perspectives through cohort dynamics. However, the programme location, duration, and participant profiles do differ. The Global MBA is an intense full-time, 10-month degree programme that requires participants to take a career break and attend the programme at the EDHEC campus in Nice, France. Applicants to the Global MBA programme are required to have a minimum of 3 years of experience. The EMBA is a part-time, 16-month degree programme that allows participants to continue working while attending the programme in either Paris or Lille, France. Applicants to the EMBA programme and are generally required to have at least 5 years of management experience.
Both the GMBA and EMBA programmes at EDHEC include a set of core business fundamentals courses such as finance and accounting, strategy, global business practices, business administration, negotiations, agile management, leadership, and more. The programmes also include electives and a specialisation track that can be personalised based on individual skills and interests.
