Claude Cohen held numerous positions in consulting and business development with multinational corporations including Arthur Andersen, Hewlett-Packard, and Oracle. In 1996, he honed his general management skills at 4D, a French software publisher as Worldwide VP of Operations. In 1998, he was appointed EMEA General Manager for International SOS, a global medical assistance provider. Claude became an entrepreneur in 2005, when he co-founded Prodys, a medical center dedicated to learning disabilities. In conjunction, he has been driving consulting and entrepreneurial projects for organizations including GE Healthcare and business development for technology ventures and an Israeli MedTech fund. Claude and his partner sold their venture in late 2018. He now advises technology ventures on strategic and funding issues, as well as private equity investors through due diligence.

Raised and educated in the U.S., Claude Cohen holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (Vanderbuilt Fellow).
